As a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Orthopedic Tech, essential oil user/educator and herbalist apprentice for over 20 years. Heather brings a wealth of experience to Salt on the Rocks.
Affiliated with our sports medicine community since 1998, Heather saw the need for salt therapy in our area to battle the effects of allergies, most experience here in the TN Valley. Her journey to Salt on the Rocks blossomed with the need to educate people about natural options and remedies to help support their body systems.
You can be assured that if she does not know the answer or is not comfortable with the depth of her knowledge of your questions, she will get you to the right person who will help. Originally from Gainesville, FL she became a Huntsvillian in 1998 and married in 2004 to Scott. They have 1, daughter, Madalyn and 2 boys Keegan and Tristan!

Haley has been helping people with pain management for nearly four years and has a real passion for assisting people on their holistic journey. Haley has been with Salt on the Rocks since 2018!
Since graduating in 2016 she has practiced deep tissue with a range of abilities she specializes in, but is not limited to, deep tissue. She also has experience with Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, Himalayan hot stone, aroma therapy, salt therapy and customizations for a hybrid massage.
She is excited to be a part of this community and to continue growing and learning about health and wellness with Salt on the rocks.
Payton is currently earning her Bachelors degree in Health and Wellness coaching. She plans on continuing her education and earning a certification in Herbalism. Working at Salt on the Rocks brings her joy as she get to spread the word about holistic wellness and help others.
She enjoys sharing her knowledge about nutrition and exercise.
